In August 2016, researcher XUE Guoqiang of IGG’s Solid Mineral Resources Research Laboratory was invited to serve as SCI editor by Chief Editor Dale Rucker of Journal of Environmental and Engineering Geophysics (JEEG).

JEEG (ISSN 1083-1363) was established by the International Society for Environmental and Engineering Geophysics, and is published by Geo Science World (GSW) Press. JEEG has been in operation for 21 years, and is an international SCI journal which mainly publishes outstanding papers in the fields of environment, engineering, mining and other near-surface geophysical areas.
