The nano-ion microprobe checked and acceptedThe acceptance of nano-ion microprobe, NanoSIMS 50L, which is the first introduction in China, was held in March 14, 2011. The expert group, headed by Professor WU Fuyuan, listened to the inspection reports and asked relevant questions on indicators of the instrument. They agreed that the technical parameters of the instrument not only meet all contract requirements, the majority still better than the contract. Nano-ion microprobe has highspatial resolution. The instrument complements with CAMECA ims 1280, and forms an advanced international ion microprobe analysis platform for comparative planetary science, earth science, materials science, and life sciences.
