The 9^th academic conference was held in our institute from 13^th to 14^th January,2010.More than 200 people including researchers and students attended the meeting.Professor Wu Fuyuan,the vice Director,chaired the conference.

Director Zhu Rixiang delivered a work report,and he summarized our achievements of scientific research. Ten scientific teams from different Geoscience branches were awarded because of their outstanding work. Three invited academic lectures attracted all attention,and then more than 10 young researchers from our institute presented their research achievements.
