Professor Yekai was elected as the chairman of the IECCC

　  On 8^THInternational Eclogite Conference which was held in Xining of Qinghai province in August,Professor Ye Kai was elected as the chairman of the IECCC,and his term of office will last 4 years.

　  Founded in 1980,the IECCC is composed of the best scientists from all over the world,and it focus on organizing international academic exchanges to promote the development of the study of the HP-UHP Metamorphic Belt.
