The conference will be held in Chongqing from 8 to 10 September,2009.It is sponsored by China Science Technology Association and Chongqing government,and the theme of this year is "innovation growth". 

There will be 34 meeting hall in total focusing on six different topics.The committee has received over　1300 papers from all over the world,and more than 6000 people will attend the meeting.
